Welcome to Astrotherapy with Alina. The following policies are in place to ensure that your experience is supportive, respectful, and aligned with the energy of clarity and care.
Please take a moment to review these guidelines before booking a session or purchasing a service.

✦ Appointments & Scheduling
All one-on-one sessions are held via Zoom. Once your session is booked and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and any details needed to prepare for your session.
If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please contact alinanila2007@hotmail.com

✦ Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Due to the time, preparation, and energetic nature of these services, all purchases are non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

✦ Digital Products & Events
For workshops, webinars, or digital guides, access will be provided via email. If you do not receive your materials within 24 hours, please reach out.
Please note that all event purchases are final. Replays are provided where noted.

✦ Confidentiality & Client Privacy
All sessions are held in a safe and confidential space. Any information shared with Alina during your session is kept strictly private and will never be shared without your written consent.

Astrotherapy is a supportive and insightful tool but is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice. Alina is not a licensed therapist or medical practitioner. Always consult with a qualified professional for any health or legal concerns.

✦ Consent & Energetic Agreement
By booking a session or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to these terms. You also understand that this work is a collaborative process and results are individual and not guaranteed.
